| Blue Earth Research and Tavve Software Co. Agree to Collaborate to Produce BASIC Compiler

Today, Blue Earth Research and Tavve Software
Co. have agreed to produce a BASIC-52 compiler compatable with the
Blue Earth Research 8051 microcontroller product line.
This compiler will take existing Intel BASIC-52 program source code and compile it into machine code. Tavve Software Co. will develop the software
based on its existing popular BXC-51 product
and Blue Earth Research will market and sell the software.
