Today, HanoverSoft initiated its MTA Service Partner Program.
HanoverSoft has restructured its Monitoring Technology Assessment (MTA) service so it is shared with a Service Partner.
"A Service Partner can offer a new, worthwhile service to their existing customers and start engagements with new customers from us," says Anthony Edwards, Principal at HanoverSoft.
There is a qualifcation process: the partner must have in-house monitoring technology experience among their systems integration professional services staff.
