Fractional Solutions Architect
Context: Various Solutions Architect services. Gather requirements from stakeholders. Conduct deep dive meetings with stakeholder team members to fully understand the need. Construct a solution to fit stakeholder's needs, including needed resources, project plan outline and satisfaction criteria. Create and present a presentation for decision makers to get approval to move forward. Assemble the execution team and lead the project to completion. Ensure stakeholder satisfied criteria is met with stakeholder. Create and present concluding presentation with summary of project's success, challenges, and follow-on work. Travel as needed. And other needs as they arise.

Engagement plan:

  1. As needed, we will interview a professional services team lead and technical product owner to understand your product, its complexity, its options, and its capacity.
  2. We will work with the stakeholder(s) to identify the need to derive requirements.
  3. We will create a solution to address the identified need.
  4. We will work with management to get approval for the project.
  5. We will work with an execution team to drive toward project completion.
  6. We will get stakeholder approval to mark the project complete.
