Service Provided: This assessment reviews your current technology so you know what you have and what you don't have. Assessment conducted with the philosophy that people, processes, and technology must be in harmony to achieve productive use of technology. Redundant and overlapping technology will be identified. Assessment concludes with thorough presentation and report to the CIO.

Engagement plan:

1. We will work with your designated technology liaison to identify all technologies, technology leads (SMEs), and executive owners.
2. We will interview each technology executive and then each technology lead.
3. We will create the report to document each identified technology, how it interoperates with other technologies/people/processes, critique on effectiveness, and recommendations.
4. We will review the report with the technology liaison and project sponsor.
5. We will present the report to the CIO with executive summary.
