Service Provided: This service may involve systems integration, software development, or project management of your resources augmented by our resources appropriate to the desired changes to deploy. The specific scope of work will be determined upfront and managed throughout. The deployment will conclude when the scope is complete. The deployment will be documented and project summary provided to the CIO. When complete, your IT monitoring will be aligned with your business needs.

Engagement plan:

1. We will work with your designated technology liaison to identify all desired changes to deploy.
2. We will bring appropriate technology SMEs into the pvroject as appropraite for the technology being changed.
3. For software that has a test environment in your enterprise, we will first deploy changes for testing there.
4. We will work with designated technology liaison before deploying changes into production.
5. We will present project report to the CIO with executive summary.

Pricing: Hourly rates (different SMEs may have different rates)
