Solutions Architecture Department Setup Context: You have a complex product with many options and customization; you need to setup a technical pre-sales support organization to work along side your sales team. Service Provided: We will setup a knowledge base to capture technical information that your architects need to learn and reference; we will pre-populate it with the technical information you can provide or that we create. We will create presentations to support pre-sales solutions architect activities such as (a) initial prospect meeting, (b) follow-up deep-dive meeting (prospect discovery), (c) configuration option guided discussion, and (d) template for proposal to prospect. We are willing to travel with your sales team member to your prospects to test out and refine the presentations to walk through the solutions architect job. We can assist you in hiring your solutions architects to fill out your department. We can train your solutions architects to prepare them for customer-facing meetings. Engagement plan:
