Solutions Engineer Department Setup Context: You have a complex product; you need to setup a technical pre-sales support organization to support your sales team. Service Provided: We will setup a knowledge base to capture technical information that your engineers need to learn and reference; we will pre-populate it with the technical information you can provide or that we create.
