Service Provided: We will setup a knowledge base to capture technical information that your engineers need to learn and reference; we will pre-populate it with the technical information you can provide or that we create. We will create presentations to support pre-sales engineer activities such as (a) initial prospect meeting, (b) follow-up Q&A meeting, and (d) template for proposal to prospect. We are willing to travel with your sales team member to your prospects to test out and refine the presentations to walk through the sales engineer job. We can assist you in hiring your sales engineers to fill out your department. We can train your sales engineers to prepare them for customer-facing meetings.

Engagement plan:

1. We will interview the technical product owner(s) to understand your product, its options, and its capacity.
2. We will interview sales team member(s) to understand their product sales strategy and key areas of technical support.
3. We will create a proposal of the work effort needed and the goals to be accomplished.
4. Upon your approval of the proposal, we will create presentations for your sales engineers. And an easily accessible and searchable knowledgebase.
5. As needed, we will accompany your sales team to provide technical support with presentation materials.
6. As needed, we will assist with hiring sales engineers.
7. We will train your sales engineers on how to use the created materials and support the sales team.
